Who is this qualification for?

Designed to support the on- programme element of the Lead Adult Care Worker apprenticeship standard in England, the qualification covers the knowledge and skills required to work in a lead adult care worker role in a range of settings and supporting individuals with different needs. The qualification contains units which are competence based and several knowledge based.
